We have a great opportunity for an Admininistrative Officer to join a busy Education department of a membership organisation in the CBD. The role will be responsible for providing accurate and timely advice to members, meeting support and general administration and the processing of applications. The ideal candidate will bring outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi- task effectively.

You will demonstrate outstanding organisational skills and present as someone who assimilates information quickly. This role is working for a health related professional organisation in the CBD. You will be working in a large administration team and this role requires a strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.

The successful candidate will also present with the following: Proficient in MS Office suite skills and touch typing skills A willingness to provide meeting support; develop agendas and take minutes A strong attention to detail Sound stakeholder management skills and customer service skills The ability to prioritise effectively and managed a busy work-load Prior experience gained in an education focused organisation would be looked upon favourably.
