Senior Marketing Manager - Residential & Mixed-Use Due to an extremely strong and exciting pipeline of work, a well known player in the residential living sector is looking to appoint a senior marketer to lead their marketing strategy. As part of an award winning project that has launch with success - the business is looking to appoint an experienced senior marketer to continue the launch to market, and develop the entire marketing infrastructure for the company. You will be in charge of all corporate and project marketing across multi-million dollar developments and the role will be to set strategy and vision for the company both internally and externally.
Generally your responsibilities will include: â€¢ Develop the company brand and launch to market â€¢ Develop brand awareness, PR and the Corporate Communications strategy â€¢ Develop and implement marketing strategies across residential projects - long term â€¢ Oversee budget process â€¢ Establish and appoint relationships with external service providers including creative and brand agencies â€¢ Build in a CRM / Insights system â€¢ Devise a robust communication strategy for all mediums from traditional advertising, digital and public relations â€¢ Drive and foster positive working relationships with all stakeholders â€¢ Develop all marketing / customer processes, policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and cost optimisation where possible â€¢ Work closely with the leadership team to ensure all project opportunities are being realized in line with the sales team In order to be successful in this role, demonstrated experience in the following areas is required: â€¢ A minimum of 6 - 10 years in marketing Experience in launching a brand to market â€¢ Strong residential project marketing abilities and understanding of the property sector â€¢ Experience in developing a PR and media strategy in line with launching a brand â€¢ Strategic planning and delivery leadership â€¢ Experience in operational management â€¢ Proven ability to work autonomously without a large team â€¢ Relevant tertiary qualifications For a confidential discussion, please contact Bella Serventi (02) 8071 4260 or email bellaredpathpartners.com.
