The Role: The CIBTvisas Concierge Service provides the highest level of hands-on, customised service in relation to visa services. You will assist premium level customers step by step with their visa and travel document applications A clear understanding of travel document requirements and procedures to ensure proper handling on requests and correct information is relayed to clients Communicate with clients over the telephone, through written communication and in person Reviewing customer orders forms and assessing accuracy of submitted documents About You: Excellent communication skills demonstrating verbal and written expression, active listening and ability to maintain interpersonal relationships The ability to work autonomously with excellent time management, administration and organisational skills Professional manner with a strong aptitude for following up with clients to resolve issues The ability to develop effective business relationships and work positively within a team environment You must work well under pressure as it is a fast paced environment involving multi tasking Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents and will be subject to background checks.
