Duties Answering of all telephone enquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer expectations are met promptly and professionally Assist customers with product availability Follow up customer orders with warehouse staff or freight providers Assist the sales and marketing team with consignment and loan inventory Organise return of products and processing of credits in a timely manner to keep customer accounts up to date Use of the (ERP) to enter customer orders, perform enquiries, and run basic reports Maintains customer relationships Problem solving and resolution Skills and Experience Experience within a Customer Service role within the Medical Industry preferred ERP system experience preferable Accurate and quick data processing skills Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in a sometimes challenging and fast paced environment Problem solving skills Ability to work unsupervised and manage a challenging workload Demonstrated ability to exhibit a high level quality service orientation Proven accuracy and precision and the ability to priorities tasks to meet strict deadlines How to Apply Click apply or contact Gemma Staddon, Senior Recruitment Consultant on 02 8877 8709 for a confidential discussion.
