They are looking to appoint a highly regarded and technically proficient Principal Hydrogeologist to grow the hydrogeological services portfolio. The successful candidate will bring in-house the existing hydrogeological work that is currently being delivered through external providers.
They will lead the expansion of the function through developing new business and the recruitment and leadership of a new team. This will provide a rare opportunity for the right individual to leverage a highly regarded and boutique brand, to build and grow a new practice. Tertiary qualified in engineering or science (Masters or PhD preferred), you have a considerable industry profile as a leader within the consulting sector as a senior hydrogeologist.
You have the ability to deliver on existing work and will have strong existing networks and business development capability to identify and convert new opportunities for the business unit. You will have recruited, developed and led a high performing team. You possess strong interpersonal skills that underpin working in a fast moving and highly collaborative team.
