Estimator - Wet Fire
My client is a leading provider (installation, service & maintenance) of essential fire safety services and building compliance requirements to their customers across Sydney. Mostly Commercial & Industrial Buildings. I am looking for an Estimator for the Wet Fire Division for my Client.
They are experiencing substantial growth in this particular field & you will be solely responsible for that Division. They have 3 other Estimators on the Dry side. You will need to have a high level of Technical knowledge of all Wet Fire Deluge Systems either as a current Estimator or a Techie (Sprinkler Fitter or Plumber) looking to get off the Tools.
Ideally you will also have exposure in providing Clients with Technical compliance requirements, end to end management of the project & respective Costings/Quotes for requested works. This is a genuine opportunity to advance your Career to a Management position within the Company. The responsibilities of this new role will include; Mostly Office bound, however some onsite scoping required Focus on Fire Compliance, Project Estimation & Quoting of works Communicating with Clients, Staff, Subbies etc to effectively provide accurate estimates Provide support to Project & Service Managers Ensuring compliance to Australian Standards and BCA Your background will include the following skills and experience; Current experience as an Estimator in Wet Fire Protection Strong field experience in the Wet Fire protection industry Extensive Wet Fire Protection systems knowledge Excellent Communication skills Previous experience Estimating & Quoting of Works Strong WHS skills, experience and knowledge Demonstrated experience driving process efficiencies and compliance Applied understanding of BCA & Australian Standards Generous Base Salary super Car Allowance Tools of Trade All applications will be Confidential.
