Our client is a global leader in their Industry and with multiple sites across Australia the business is backed by their European parent company. About the role Reporting through to the Senior HR BP you will provide administrative support for the HR function. You will be responsible for but not limited to; Draft and prepare routine correspondence and template documents accurately with attention to detail Administering staff correspondence General office administration duties Coordination of on boarding Deliver a wide range of administrative support functions including, records management, accounts and routine purchasing, routine correspondence and meeting minutes, document compilation and distribution, preparation for meetings and conferences and data entry.

Assist with telephone enquiries and diary management, showing initiative in handling inquiries and redirecting to the relevant team member About you You will have administrative experience specific to human resources isn’t essential, however Intermediate to high level skills in Administration Intermediate to Advanced MS Office including Excel Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills How to apply?
