Our client is looking for a data entry and admin assistant to help their production and manufacturing team in Sunshine. Working alongside the Production & Supply Chain Manager on a 3 month assignment you'll help enter production data as they transition over to a new system. This position is ideal for an early starter who lives locally with shifts running from 6am - 11am Monday to Friday.
Duties include: Input production data into their new system Net Suite Reconcile hours per job and costing Follow up purchase orders and sales orders Data entry and assist the team as required Our Requirements: Ideally experience in either a manufacturing or supply chain/warehouse environment Self starter with initiative and a good attitude High level of accuracy and attention to detail Intermediate computer skills and ability to adapt to pick up new systems This position is for an Immediate Start and looking to commence as soon as Monday 26 th of August.
