Eden Ritchie Recruitment is currently partnered with a large Government agency based in Albion, requiring the expertise of a Benefits Manager on an initial 6 month contract. As an integral part of this team the Benefits Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing the benefits to be realised in the delivery of a large-scale program. Further responsibilities will include: Establish and implement a benefits management and realisation framework to ensure effective monitoring and measuring of benefits Engage with the agency to provide an understanding of the benefits approach and to identify and quantify the benefits.
Design and document the benefits realisation management approach to ensure strategic alignment to the realisation of business benefits by establishing baseline measures and metrics that are able to be monitored throughout the project lifecycle and post implementation. Drive all aspects relating to benefits including benefits mapping, benefits profiling etc and roadmap the benefits realisation plan Ensure that benefit ownership is identified and agreed at the right level within the business and then work with benefit owners to expedite and ensure the realisation of benefits. To be successful in this position, you will have a strong demonstrated background across: Benefits definition and successful realisation Analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members.
Best practise benefit management methodologies. Profiling and mapping tangible and intangible benefits. Constructing business cases and linking benefits to ROI Negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment.
