Innovative Medical device company North Sydney location Great customer focused team As a member of the Customer Service and Logistics team reporting to the Operations Manager you will play a key role in inbound and outbound logistics and inventory management and will often be the first point of contact for customers. Key responsibilities include: Handle and co-ordinate inbound and outbound activities for customer orders (goods receipt, packaging, freight) Assist the Customer Service and Production/Lab teams with the co-ordination and execution of customer orders through the supply chain Execute all aspects of inventory management including forecasting, supply, local inventory holdings, purchasing and reporting Co-ordinate movement of inventory for export to APAC based distributors Ad hoc business analysis and reporting To be successful you will possess: Previous experience within Medical Devices and Logistics A "hands-on" approach Very strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle Netsuite Strong verbal communication Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks A friendly and customer-focused style A collaborative and team orientated approach Great people Great team Apply on line right now.
