Operating as a key member of a professional services team, the Customer Success Analyst (Hospitals) will proactively support, guide and enable customers to fully realise the benefits of the company’s impressive software platforms. You will work in tandem with established, highly talented software development, technical support and account management groups; providing healthcare industry subject matter expertise and acting as “ the voice of the customer ”.

The Customer Success Analyst (Hospitals) will be a confident and energetic professional who ideally possesses professional background within the Australian healthcare industry sector . You will ideally have demonstrable understanding of public or private hospitals operations, workforce management / rostering administration and/or nursing management. You will also have a technical support bent with desirable skills across SQL, Windows and IIS administration.

You will enjoy the diversity and challenge of a high visibility role that will entail, to varying degrees: customer relationship management, customer support and training, technical/product support, business requirements analysis and customer solutions consultancy. The Customer Success Analyst (Hospitals) will become an integral component of an outstanding, established consulting team, delivering vital support services to a range of Australian customers.
