Operating as a key member of a professional services team, the Customer Success Analyst (Hospitals) will proactively support, guide and enable customers to fully realise the benefits of the companyâ€™s impressive software platforms. You will work in tandem with established, highly talented software development, technical support and account management groups; providing healthcare industry subject matter expertise and acting as â€œ the voice of the customer â€.
The Customer Success Analyst (Hospitals) will be a confident and energetic professional who ideally possesses professional background within the Australian healthcare industry sector . You will ideally have demonstrable understanding of public or private hospitals operations, workforce management / rostering administration and/or nursing management. You will also have a technical support bent with desirable skills across SQL, Windows and IIS administration.
You will enjoy the diversity and challenge of a high visibility role that will entail, to varying degrees: customer relationship management, customer support and training, technical/product support, business requirements analysis and customer solutions consultancy. The Customer Success Analyst (Hospitals) will become an integral component of an outstanding, established consulting team, delivering vital support services to a range of Australian customers.
