Due to this growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to assist with current project requirements within a multi-disciplinary consultancy. The successful candidate will have solid experience in the transport infrastructure sector with a strong technical background.

You will be required to provide management skills to expand the infrastructure team’s capability and support the ongoing activities of a leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy. You will be provided with an opportunity to motivate and mentor team members and secure key roles on a variety of different projects for well-known, reputable Clients. Key responsibilities of your role will include: Leading and managing multi-disciplinary design teams from tender through feasibility to detailed design Providing support to business development and strategic initiatives, including preparation of proposals Managing all key aspects of projects including cost, time, quality etc. Developing new and maintaining existing client relationships Mentoring and development of technical staff Provide vision and leadership to team members Candidates with the following qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply: Demonstrated experience project managing multi-disciplinary transport infrastructure projects to quality, time and within budget. Demonstrated competence in providing key technical expertise across a broad range of high-profile projects.

Competent in managing risk on substantial transport projects. Demonstrated multiple instances of delivering best client outcomes/options which have saved the client costs/time. Relevant technical, commercial experience and demonstrated leadership.

Experience in resourcing and managing a wide range of professional disciplines and subcontractors in a project. Experience in writing and managing the production of quality.
