Allied Health Manager

Our therapy services are based around a client and family-centred philosophy, which emphasises a collaborative approach working towards achieving the goals identified by children, young people and adults with cerebral palsy, and other physical and neurological disabilities, and their own support network. About the role Reporting directly to the Senior Business Manager for the region you will be responsible for service development and delivery and leadership of a multidisciplinary team of staff across the Dubbo and Orange sites. You will lead a team of clinical professionals to deliver high quality, client-focused and outcome driven services to clients with a disability.
You will also be responsible for the implementation of operational business plans within the Central West, achievement of performance targets and for establishing and maintaining relationships within the community. Position can be based at either Dubbo or Orange site with regular travel to the alternate site.
