The Role: In the role of Site Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient performance of FM services and delivery for all trades on the RAAF Base Richmond, Sydney. This is a Full Time Permanent position based in NSW, and will work from our sites within the Richmond regional area Skills & Experience: Manage expenditure and costs to meet agreed budget targets inclusive of staff time Manage the contract delivery in all aspects of the Services Agreement in your service line, ensuring that all KPI's are met Facilitate planning and programming for prescribed maintenance, service and activities, in line with tendered obligations Ensure the contract's sub-contractors and suppliers are effectively managed to deliver the services in accordance with the contract requirements and the Company's system requirements in a time and cost effective manner Assist with the preparation and approvals of Client works including variations and additional works as provided under the contract and in accordance with the Company's and the client's procurement procedures Experience in working with various job-tracking systems and familiarity with mobile tools and applications Competencies & Qualifications: Trade and Post Trade (Engineering Certificate/ Associate Diploma) desirable Strong demonstrated experience in management of maintenance activities Subcontractor procurement and management experience Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills Proven capability of working within an environment using QA, OH&S and environmental systems High level written and verbal communication skills White Card (General Construction Induction Card) Australia.
