The Role Reporting into the ERP Systems Manager, the Senior Business Analyst will provide a strong connection between the business and IT, founded on a highly developed combination of business awareness and applied technology excellence.

The role will create sustainable value via thorough business analysis and successful project delivery. Understand business needs and analyse, validate and document business and system requirements that address these needs. Assist in designing processes and changes to processes that will be used to implement business transformation solutions.

Take responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements and develop effective business processes, through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisation change. Provide specialist business knowledge of the systems, processes and transactions required to successfully define business and functional requirements. Analysis of new client functional and system requirements for implementation as part of on-boarding/transition.

Apply and monitor the use of required modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards. Facilitate training sessions and engage in knowledge transfers with key stakeholders. Lead assigned projects from initiation to close, to deliver effective solutions that meet approved customer and business needs Skills & Experience 5 years' experience implementing IWMS / ERP solutions External / Internal consultancy and customer engagement skills.

Successful negotiation of IT demand with customers and suppliers Extensive experience in end-to-end management of a diverse range of IT solutions following a Project Management Methodology (Prince2 or Agile Project Managemen.
