The Venue: Olivigna at Pietro Gallo Estate is an Olive Grove, Winery and Restaurant that has received rave reviews for the quality of the cuisine, superior service and spectacular setting. The vision of the venue has been to create the hospitality and food experience of Italy in an Australian setting. Using fresh ingredients from the property where possible and producing our other foods in house, the menu has a fresh modern Italian feel.

What we can offer you: Attractive salary package, $55,000 - $60,000 per annum plus superannuation, dependant on skills and experience Opportunity for professional development Focus on work/life balance – venue closed 2 days a week An environment to share your passion and flair for good food using great product Requirements: At least a relevant Diploma qualification plus two years of full time post-qualification experience in the relevant position OR at least 3 years of experience in the relevant position Ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent organisational and communication skills Completed HACCP and Food Safety and Hygiene training.
