The Venue: Olivigna has been dubbed "Melbourne's great escape". We're set on 20 acres, 23km from the CBD in leafy Warrandyte. Our estate takes in an olive grove, citrus orchard, kitchen garden and winery, distillery, plus a restaurant, venue and enoteca.

Our refined modern menu draws on everything around us – from estate produce to housemade olive oil. Olivigna has achieved rave reviews and is enjoying substantial growth. You: As Sous Chef, you will be working with an experienced team built around quality, respect and professionalism.

Overall responsibilities will include aiding in the creation of dishes, ensuring quality and consistency at all time, and providing team training . To be successful in this role, you must possess: Diploma qualification plus 2 years of full time post qualification in the relevant position OR at least 3 years of experience in the relevant position Excellent culinary skills A capacity to stay calm under pressure A proven ability to lead, train, develop and support a team This is a fantastic career move working along side a very talented chef, joining a growing business in a wonderful location. It is a full-time position, working 5 days per week (including weekends) with two consecutive days off.
