Cook (38 hours per week) – Full Time



Sweta Pty Ltd T/A Lala’s Kitchen (Indian Restaurant) is seeking full time cook. Minimum Qualification/ Experience: Two years experience in a commercial kitchen in a similar role Certificate IV in Commercial cooking Duties include: Examining food stuff to ensure quality Operating and regulating temperatures of allcooking equipments includingovens ,tandoor and grills Preparing sauces, stock ,gravies and cooking food Seasoning food during cooking Portioning food , placing on plates and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes Storing food in temperature controlled facilities Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements Assisting in planningmenus and estimates food requirements Training to other kitchen staff Skills and knowledge required: Team work Communication skills Work under pressure/fast moving environment sound knowledge of Indian Ingredients and food Please send your detailed CV to 973 Nepean Highway Bentleigh VIC 3204.
