Local Area Marketing Executive

The Role We are looking for a passionate and motivated Marketing professional to join our fun, close knit Strategic Initiatives team in Port Melbourne as a Local Area Marketing Executive. In this role, you will be a key point of contact to cross functionally manage all marketing requirements for the 90 new store, relocation and reconfiguration works.
Additionally, you will provide local area marketing (LAM) support to a selected range of stores who might require upweighted engagement within the local community. As Local Area Marketing Executive, you will also be responsible for: Developing marketing campaigns to launch new stores / relocations / refurbishments into their local markets Reviewing artwork, checking store locations and working with agencies on dispatch (direct, StorePak or warehouse) Assisting with store communications including email, verbal and other formats Playing a crucial part in the development and implementation of a Strategic Initiatives Toolbox which will deliver incremental Volume Driving Local Activity About You Reporting to the Marketing Planning Manager, you will possess the following skills and experience: Previous marketing experience in a retail / franchise environment Strong ability to work autonomously, with initiative and confidence Customer focussed with strong stakeholder management skills Here at Specsavers, we support flexible working wherever possible to assist our people in achieving a balance between their work and personal life.
