This process provides you with an additional level of training and skill development that gives you the self confidence in your skills and knowledge. Facility Orientation â€“ Week commencing Monday 30th September 2019.
Autumn Care Training â€“ Thursday 19 September 2019 (Regis Sandgate) Two day Skills & Evaluation Training Centre â€“ 17 & 18 th September (Regis Salisbury) Pre-Employment Medical Assessment â€“ Wednesday 11 September 2019 Assessment Centre â€“ Tuesday 10 September 2019 Regis Bulimba) The Role: As a AIN with Regis, your role will be required to: Always interact with the residents and their families in friendly, helpful and positive manner Deliver excellent customer service in all that you do Complete reporting and documentation based on Regis policy and procedure Always work as part of a team to help others and demonstrate a team spirit Provide quality support to residents with their daily living activities across various Regis facilities Your experience: Demonstrated ability to work to required resident outcomes Undertaking a Nursing qualification and have completed an Aged Care specific placement Qualified with a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing) Unique benefits of Regis: Working for Regis is a lifestyle choice â€“ the facility you work in is the home of our residents and we want you to feel at home as well.
