About the role At UGL, we believe a company’s ability to move with market changes and new technologies comes down to the strength of its teams, as the People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner you will ensure all P&C deliverables are met and to deliver effective, high quality and accurate P&C/ER/IR advice to operational managers and employees throughout the position’s portfolio ensuring the maintenance of effective working relationships. Support P&C/UGL systems/ policy & procedure, as well as assisting with the development of policies and procedures across UGL Provide advice, advocacy and specialist expertise regarding a broad range of IR and ER issues including grievances, disciplinary investigations, employee communication strategies etc Development and delivery of presentations on P&C matters including: EEO, project inductions, EAs etc Give advice to Managers and employees on a range of P&C issues including remuneration, and retention initiatives and succession planning Contribute to and deliver on the yearly P&C Plan Lead and support the P&C component of new project set up including the mobilisation process and ensure P&C deliverables are met.

About You You will inspire, draw on diverse skills and create environments where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another. Ideally you will have: 5 years minimum in P&C position, with in depth exposure to IR, ER and training Multi-site-based P&C experience with a focus on heavy industrial asset management and maintenance sector Tertiary qualifications in HR / IR or a related discipline Results/goal driven work experience and focus Strong communication skills (oral & written) The ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels, both internally and externally.
