Post Sales Support Officer
Epson Australia is seeking an enthusiastic Advanced Product Support specialist with a strong colour management background and a passion for customer service and quality products, to join our Technical Support team as a Post-Sales Support Engineer. Reporting to the Advanced Product Support & Call Centre Manager, this role will be responsible for post-sales activities of Large Format Printers, Point of Sale, Business and Label Printers, and providing support to our customers and dealers either onsite or via phone and email. Your key responsibilities include: Being the first point of contact for our dealers and customers in relation to hardware and software queries Assist the sales team with post-sales activities, such as hardware and software connectivity Support our dealer network with hardware installations Diagnose Epson large format products that are under warranty or deemed as non-warranty jobs Updating and maintaining technical information, software and firmware Our ideal candidate will have: Experience in colour management and Profiling A good knowledge and understanding of how RIP works A background in repairing inkjet printers, ideally large format printers and point of sale printers A background in writing technical documentation Great communication and problem solving skills Confidence and team-player skills Important Note: Our Customer Service division is currently located in North Ryde, but will be moving to our brand new office in Yenorra, in the later half of October.
