About the ROLE: The Digital Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Digital Product Owner In the smooth running of our day-to-day digital operations and management of website releases. The role requires superior attention to detail, strong troubleshooint skills, coordination skills along with a positive "can-do" attitude. The role is hands on and involves working with all functions within the business along with supporting all aspects of the digital transformation and CX operations within Fantastic Furniture.

Reporting to the Digital Product Owner, you will also act in a project coordinator capacity, working on digital projects to help shap the future of the Fantatic Furniture business In a constantly shifting market. About YOU: Responsibilities First point of contact for technical support for core ecommerce systems including Hybris, CyberSource, PayPal, Zendesk & Live Chat and technical issues including troubleshooting and root cause analysis Manage the day to day relationship with our vendors Work with Digital Product Owner and planning on projects and website releases Coordinate website and system changes to support digital projects with the Digital, Retail, Customer Service and IT teams Build wireframes / mock ups to show proposed changes as required Support and conduct the User Acceptance Testing process for each website release Manage the process for change requests / improvements Ensure all website releases and other project processes and procedures are documented Essential 1-2 years in a similar or digital producer position Demonstrates hands-on experience of ecommerce operational knowledge covering product lifecycle & enrichment, digital asset management, content management, order management, fulfilment/returns and customer service Experience with ecommerce or using content management systems (Magento, WordPress etc) Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Excel or Access/Database skills are desirable including VLOOKUP, pivots, IF functions, etc Desirable Experience working in a retail environment ideally in an omni-channel business Experience in working with offshore development teams Hybris solution experience Analytical capability to report, interpret and provide insight on the results/outcomes of business decisions and onsite customer experience Project coordination/management experience ideally within an agile environment HTML / XML / JavaScript Skills Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Business or Marketing or IT THE PERKS Be rewarded with a competitive salar.
