About the Role: Our Market Management Division is currently looking for a Market Research Insight Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing ad hoc market and customer research projects that drive product and brand decision making. Bringing forward your strong data analysis skills and experience particularly using software such as Q or SPSS, you will be accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of the research products to key stakeholders, and support effective interpretation and application of ongoing research insights with a strong focus of delivery on online and contemporary market research techniques.

Responsibilities of the role include: Translate business requirements into research briefs, and develop or advise on the appropriate research and analysis methodologies Engage and manager vendors to deliver research programs to ensure delivery requirements and deadlines are met. Manage complex quantitative and qualitative studies, utilising a range of data sources such as: market intelligence, social media data, crowdsourced feedback and apply contemporary research methods Conduct data analysis and translate research outcomes into clear and actionable recommendations to guide business decision-making, creating compelling and easy to understand research reports or representations with clear insights and implications for the business Disseminate research findings and partner with the business to effectively utilise these insights, making recommendations based on research outcomes to win, retain and grow customers Actively seek to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the Customer and Insights team to deliver and improve solutions that support analytics, reporting, self-service and modelling requirements as well as delivery solutions to our internal stakeholders that maximise the value of the Market Management function Actively partner with business stakeholders to understand their business challenges and opportunities and to ensure that Market Management is represented to the highest standard across Allianz and contribute towards strategic value To be successful in this role you must have: Proficiency in standard qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including sample design, questionnaire design and data analysis and proficient experience in data analysis using software such as Q or SPSS Approx. 3-5 years' demonstrated experience in a similar position particularly across Customer & Market Insights Industry.

Experience in managing the end to end lifecycle of research projects Experience in questionnaire design and other research methodologies and techniques such as crowd-coursed feedback and social media research. Quick and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail as well as analytical and logical problem solving abilities Previous customer service experience in a corporate environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Be highly.
