THE ROLE â€“ WHAT YOU WILL MANAGE & GROW In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing initiatives for the organisation and their brands.
Strategic planning, forecasting, promotional activity, product messaging and branding for all current and future products is a big part of this role. You will develop and implement advertising, sales collateral and digital assets for brands and work with the broader marketing team. You will develop sales budgets for all managed products.
You will be the key interface with the sales team to ensure all marketing strategies are well communicated and executed and support is offered to sales on an ongoing basis. You will manage demand forecasts and evaluate and analyse competitive trends and market analysis to ensure competitive positioning. You will lead new product launches and analyse market trends.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE ROLE 3-5 yearsâ€™ minimum proven marketing experience in healthcare with a demonstrated track record in having a significant impact on sales revenue and market share. Related university qualifications in marketing, business, science preferable. Exposure to digital marketing will be an advantage.
Ideally you will have worked in medical device or pharmaceutical or OTC/consumer healthcare marketing and have no issue travelling to Frenchs Forest.
