To continue developing in this area and keep delivering great results, they are now recruiting for a Reliability Manager to join their site in North West suburbs of Melbourne.
The role Reporting into the Operations Manager and sitting within the Site Leadership team, your responsibilities will include; Lead and develop the maintenance strategies and team within the plant, ensuring KPIâ€™s around; OEE, machine reliability, uptime, stoppages and OH&S are adhered to. Developing the maintenance team in fault finding techniques, RCA, Fishbone Diagrams and other methodologies to facilitate a thorough and proactive maintenance culture. Building cross collaboration between Maintenance and Production, this also includes upskilling of production staff to attend to minor maintenance tasks.
Conducting in depth machine analysis to properly detect and predict machine issues before they arise. Develop and implement the maintenance strategies for the site. Your background In order to be successful in this role, you will be: A degree qualified Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineer.
Must have experience working within fast paced manufacturing sector, ideally within the FMCG space. Extensive experience developing and implementing maintenance strategies to bring about a proactive and preventative maintenance culture. Formal qualifications/training in Root Cause Analysis techniques, as well as CI methodologies, including; 5S, Lean and/or Six Sigma.
You will be a strong communicator, both verbal and written with excellent problem solving abilities. What's on offer?
