Your duties will include the following: Minute taking at monthly Leadership Team meetings. Drafting internal announcements and external business communications.
Assisting with preparation of Board reports. Office management including attending to mail, organizing company meetings, calendar management. The essential skills you will have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Publishing and printing/editing experience. High attention to detail.
Intermediate level proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, or Google docs. Ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively. 12 months experience in a similar EA role.
