Temp Legal Receptionist

We are looking for you About the Client â€“ Our client is a well-established and reputable firm with an office in the heart of Sydneyâ€™s CBD. They are currently seeking an experienced Legal Receptionist to support their team on a temporary basis. It will commence immediately and run through for approximately 3 months.
About the role â€“ Answering incoming calls Managing and greeting clients Booking and managing meeting rooms Managing incoming and outgoing mail Ordering office and stationary supplies and accepting deliveries Other administrative duties, as required. To be considered for the role, you will â€“ Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a Legal Receptionist/Administrative Role Be professionally presented with great communication skills. Exceptional customer service and phone manner.
The ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team. Be able to work efficiently, paying great attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment The ability to multi-task and prioritise where necessary.
