Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst
Experienced Project Coordinator with sound PMO and Governance experience for 3 month contract Our client, who is in the business of protecting communities, is seeking a suitably qualified Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst for a 3 month contract, based out of their Wollongong office. As a key member of the team supporting multiple project streams, you will be coordinating governance, finance and reporting activities as part of a large operational Program. Your key responsibilities will include: Develop and guide the implementation of effective governance, finance and reporting deliverable's for projects including provision of high level advice to Management in the same space Communicate with key stakeholders during projects and key milestones Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings related to specific projects within program of work Manage risks daily and prepare comprehensive and timely issues papers and briefings to advise, and respond to the Program Manager on matters of broader significance Document, monitor, and report on project and change deliverable's You will need to demonstrate previous experience in a similar capacity , and ideally offer some experience in State Government projects or programs.
