HR Business Partner



This organisation has a strong focus on its product and drives the business along with their core values. After change, a need has arisen for a Human Resources Business Partner that can help build capability in their client group. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager and working within a HR team, you will work across a blue and white collar workforce but partnering with the white collar Corporate Function.

Partnering with your key stakeholders, you will coach and collaborate to ensure that people are productive and equip them with the skills to have the right conversations. You will work closely with your key stakeholders to understand the current state of BAU and then work to build upon and remedy any areas requiring attention. You will work closely with the HR and L&D teams around succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development and employee engagement initiatives, being responsible for these initiative across your client group.

You will also provide day to day Human Resources best practice like employee relations, performance management, talent management and recruitment. This is a great opportunity that will suit someone that has the ability to work collaboratively, is able to inspire, coach and develop others whilst managing change and leading projects with confidence. Local travel required- own vehicle needed.
