Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager
Seeking a BDM /Memberships manager to support our growing client in Melbourne CBD Wow Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Sales/ Business Development Manager to support our client based in Melbourne CBD. Our client is for people who say no to traditional working conventions. Who refuse to be chained to the same desk day in and day out.

They are on the hunt for an ambitious and energetic BDM with a natural talent for sales and business acumen.
You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy whilst maintaining relationships with corporates and creatives from all walks of life. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Develops, coordinates, and executes an effective strategy across partners to meet quarterly and annual pipeline targets Builds and maintains close relationships with key stakeholders Drive brand awareness and opportunities through high touch engagements Engage strategic leadership support to help execute account and opportunity plan.
Responsible for signing new members for home site Proactively source 50% of all enquiries through own network i.e. agents, influencers, events Engaging with members on a daily basis in order to build strong business relationships to aide membership retention and value for members Building broker relationships Working alongside the Club Manager and Senior Management Team with regard to business development initiatives Ensuring CRM is up to date at all times regarding new leads and members Assist Club Manager, Concierge and other team members with adhoc work activities whereby instructed The ideal candidate: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Club Manager/ Memberships Manager or Sales Manager Creative thinking and flexibility ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment High level of personal credibility, customer relationship, networking and interpersonal skills Highly organised, strong attention to detail, forward-thinking and the ability to work autonomously and use initiative Experience working towards and achieving KPIâ€™s and targets.
