This is an exciting opportunity for a professional and experienced corporate concierge to join an established team working for a well-known brand. Reporting to the Client Services Concierge Team Leader, your main role will include providing event management, meeting room facilities and catering for in house meetings and events plus concierge services to welcome guests and manage access into the buildings. The role will liaise directly with internal stakeholders, external contractors and the wider Group Property teams to establish relationships and support the business.

Exceptional customer service, energy, presentation and problem solving approach to this role is required. The perks: Casual rates with full time hours Long term opportunity On-going role at a high-calibre corporate site Monday to Friday daytime hours Work-life balance About you: Experience in a customer facing role with exceptional customer service Experience in a corporate environment including reception or concierge services Concierge and/or reception experience in a corporate office or high-end hotel Microsoft Office skills Professional corporate presentation & demeanour Patient and considerate towards customers and internal and external visitors or stakeholders Adaptable and available to move amongst Sydney precincts. Exceptional organisational skills and phone mannerisms High level of communication and English speaking and writing skills Police Check (or willing to obtain one) To be considered for this role you must hold Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency.
