Strong and clear communication across both customers and internal sales specialists will be the key to your success.
It is essential you have strong telephonic communication skills, and as the voice down the end of the line, you represent our firm with professionalism and respect at all times. You will also need highly competent attention to detail, foresight to avoid any scheduling clashes or impending issues across availability across all meeting parties, and an interpersonal style that allows you to build rapport quickly, both with our team and with our valued customers. Scheduling : coordinating all appointments and meetings across our sales teams and ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all bookings.
Keep meeting room booking systems up to date, and ensuring that all meetings are recorded accurately both before and after the event Administration : assisting with filing and ensuring the right documents are collated and ready for each appointment Appointment setting : Reaching out as required to our customer database at the appropriate intervals to schedule internal meetings with our clients.
