Claims & WHS Administration Officer



Maryborough location | Support a progressive WHS team with daily tasks and project delivery | Manage claims processing, communications and reporting. An opportunity exists for a detailed and highly organised Claims and WHS Administration Officer to join our Maryborough office on a 5 month Fixed-Term contract. This position will provide invaluable administrative support to our WHSE team with claims processing, monthly HSE reporting and projects that focus on key improvements within our business.

WHSE Specialists are supported with daily task and project delivery and management.

All WHS processes and functions are efficient, optimised and accurate including, but not limited to: repeatable processes such as team member transitions, WHS claims processing and system management; internal WHS communications; and reporting for WHS Injury Management and Risk/ Insurances. The successful person will have the following A think safe and act safe focus ensuring the safety of yourself and others, always. Proven experience in WHS administrative support function.

Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to plan and organise daily / weekly work load and develop schedules and timetables with clear, specific milestones and deadlines. What’s on Offer?
