UGL Unipart Rail Services Pty Ltd ( UGL Unipart ) was founded in December 2011 as a Joint Venture between UGL (Australia) and Unipart Rail (UK). UGL Unipart operates a Rail Maintenance Facility at Auburn where it maintains rolling stock for Sydney Trains, Transport for New South Wales and other rail operators. UGL Unipart has an opening for Material Analyst with Master data management experience to join our Supply Chain team within Transport & Technology division based in Auburn.
Reporting to Strategic Planning and Inventory Manager, the role of Material Analyst is to develop and maintain material supply processes to ensure that both inventory and Rotables items meet major contract and depot maintenance demands. These include analysing data, managing systems, monitoring status, managing expectations of both internal and external stakeholders. The role also requires training the new material analysts and assist them in getting up to speed.
We would love to hear from you if you have experience in Materials and or production management and analytical who can interpret complex data from various sources. Knowledge of stock control, inventory and warranty systems and processes with strong statistical reporting skills are also key requirements for this position.
