Publicis Groupe & The Neighbourhood are seeking a Digital SAM/AD with integrated experience to work on one of Australia’s most loved FMCG brands. You’ll be working across agency teams & projects to deliver digital first campaigns and platforms, integrating with wider communications and campaign plans. What’s “The Neighbourhood”? The Neighbourhood’ is the Publicis Groupe’s ‘Power of One’ agency model encompassing creative, media, digital, shopper, PR and speciality expertise from across the Groupe, centred around a core team and focused on delivering full communications solutions for clients.

Day to Day you’ll be: Comfortable being the “go to” for all things digital on The Neighbourhood Be able to identify digital opportunities (and be able to back this up through insight and analytics) You’ll spearhead all digital development within The Neighbourhood and take the lead on all digital projects Lead both campaign and platform-based work Work closely with clients on digital solutions, best practice and innovation Partnering with clients to develop their goals and marketing strategies, adding strategic value and ensuring that they get the best results from the whole agency team Fostering an environment of partnership with other capabilities (e.g. Brand Strategy, Integrated Production) Ensuring work is client-ready by paying astute attention to detail Leading cross-capability teams to deliver creative thinking and powerful ideas across digital ecosystems and customer experience that meet client objectives Keeping sustainable, long-term client relationships by mitigating risk and ensuring account profitability Skills and experience: Naturally collaborative and a team player Strong communication and presentation skills – you’re articulate, straightforward and engaging.

You can think on your feet & communication complex ideas simply Highly organised and adept at time management The ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects at once. Project management skills Strong digital strategy skills 5 years Integrated and digital agency experience Strong experience managing client relationships, working closely with a marketing team and developing marketing strategy Demonstrated budget management and resource planning experience A passion for customer experience and digital first thinking.
