As the Restaurant Manager you will assist in the daily operations in the restaurant. The position assists with menu planning, assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods, responsibilities also include ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.

Planning Menus in consultation with Chef/Cook Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean,functional and are of Suitable appearance, Excellent customer service and communication skills Well rounded hospitality experience Planning and organising special functions Liaising with the kitchen to ensure consistency of meals and timing Being a hands on leader who runs a tight and efficient service and is not afraid of volume. Maintaining records of stock levels and Financial transactions.
Understanding cost of goods, efficient rostering and wage reduction. Promoting a positive and happy workplace. Selecting, training,and supervising waiting and kitchen staff Take reservations, great guests,and assist in taking orders Any other reasonable order given by the management .
