Change Analyst responsible for the management and implementation of change activities for the project, reporting in to the project Change Lead. Healius' services include large scale medical centres, pathology and diagnostic imaging.
We have an opportunity for an experienced, change professional to join our team as we roll out new imaging applications across our centres nationally. This is a 7-month fixed term contract and offers a competitive salary with associated staff entitlements. The Change Analyst will be responsible for the management and implementation of change activities for the project, reporting in to the project Change Lead.
Key responsibilities for this role will include: Implement the Change Plan Site engagement and associated change activities Radiologist engagement Project reporting and analysis Coaching key stakeholders in change leadership Manage stakeholder relationships Suitable candidates will possess the following qualifications, experience and skills: Minimum 2 yearsâ€™ experience in Change Management Experience operating in a project environment Strong experience in a business transformation environment Previous experience in the healthcare or IT industry is desirable Experience working with a change management methodology (e.g. ADKAR) Ability to identify and effectively manage project changes Outstanding analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Must hold a current valid driverâ€™s licence Must be available to travel nationally when required If you feel you have the skills and experience to perform in this role and would like to be part of a company making a difference to health outcomes for all Australians, then email your CV to applyhealius.
