System Engineers - MSP Cloud
This role is an exciting opportunity for those with a broad spectrum of both Level 3 Systems Support and face to face client management / account management experience. If you love working in a varied and fast paced highly technical environment and you enjoy working directly with people, then this is the role for you. You will be positioned as the technical link between blueAPACHE a major IT service provider and approximately 10 to 15 accounts / client businesses who rely on blueAPACHE to manage their IT systems.
The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in Systems Engineering, and be comfortable juggling multiple IT clients whilst working in a technical role within a Managed Services Environment. blueAPACHE is a high growth Australian owned company with over 140 staff and we are expanding at an exponential rate each month. For ambitious, experienced and proven candidates this is a great opportunity for rapid career growth and reward Requirements To be considered you MUST have strong and direct experience with the following: Systems Engineer background Providing Level 3 Support Exceptional communication skills and presentable Strong experience with upgrading businesses from Exchange to Office 365 ( 50 x mailboxes minimum) Strong Wintel experience Solid AD experience (i.
