The opportunity We are looking to appoint a Senior Consultant to our internal Talent Sourcing team. We're good at connecting virtually so the location for this role is flexible.
Sourcing great candidates isnâ€™t always easy, and in this role youâ€™ll need to be creative and comfortable speaking with both active and passive candidates. Initially a contract role, this is a great opportunity for you to learn new skills, build on your career, and manage your own talent sourcing portfolio and stakeholders. Itâ€™s a rewarding role that will stretch you on a daily basis, within a fun and supportive environment.
The Talent Sourcing team work closely with our internal recruitment team on senior, strategic and/or hard-to-fill roles, and also talent pool and pipeline candidates for our medium and longer term business needs. We are aligned to growth areas within the firm and operate across Oceania (particularly Australia and New Zealand). Your key responsibilities Build relationships with stakeholders and internal recruiters to understand business needs Source and identify passive candidates and produce quality longlists, utilising a variety of sourcing channels Engage and approach prospective candidates Manage talent pools for strategic hiring needs Provide an exceptional candidate experience Skills and attributes for success Experience in proactive talent sourcing and executive search Outstanding relationship management skills and strong attention to detail Excellent Boolean and search skills Comfortable working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment Ability to work autonomously and manage your own talent pools and portfolio of work What working at EY offers We offer a competitive remuneration package where youâ€™ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
