Setting the tone for luxury and exceptional experience at the award-winning flagship property for the Sofitel brand, our In Room Dining division crafts a bespoke dining experience across our 590 luxurious rooms & suites while our Minibar outlet adds the final touches to each guestâ€™s unique stay. The Role As our In Room Dining and Minibar Manager, you will be a key member of our Food and Beverage management team of industry experts reporting into the Director of Food & Beverage.
This role will oversee the smooth operation of these outlets including leading your team of 17 ambassadors while maintaining high standards of service; more specifically you will: Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of our In Room Dining and Minibar outlets. Inspire and motivate your team to create an unforgettable guest experience epitomising French elegance, style and sophistication. Train , coach and develop the team using your solid understanding of hotels and interest in gastronomy.
Drive procedures, policies and strategies to ensure the team are highly engaged and driven to reach targets. Control expenditure through effective workforce planning, stock control and product ordering. Develop revenue initiatives and operating techniques to continuously strive for business improvement and excellence.

What We Are Looking For To be successful in this sought after role, you will demonstrate: Strong leadership skills and previous experience leading a team to excellence within the hospitality industry, ideally within a luxury environment. A positive, proactive and innovative approach towards all areas of operation combined with a strong work ethic.
