Working within a multi- disciplinary team, you will assist the development managers with the acquisition, procurement, scoping and delivery of logistics / industrial and business park projects. Reporting directly to the National Development Manager in our industrial division, this is a unique opportunity to work across the entire development lifecycle on complex logistics and business park projects.

About you Experience in a logistics/industrial and/or business park development focused role would be highly regarded, however broader business experience in agency – leasing or sales, valuations, consultancy or construction with an industrial focus will also be considered Sound written and verbal communication skills; Strong negotiation and/or sales skills; Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills; Strong team focus with an ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels; Ability to consolidate, summarise and share information; Preferably degree qualified in a related discipline in property or business studies; Current drivers’ licence is essential.
