About the role The People Policies and Projects Manager ensures the ongoing implementation of a contemporary and compliant people policy suite, ensuring Estia meets its obligations relating to relevant legislative and regulatory employment requirements. The People Policies and Projects Manager also supports the People and Culture team to manage the delivery of timely and effective projects across the group. About you Youâ€™ll bring to the role your energy, your passionate and caring nature and you will have: Tertiary qualifications in Business Management/Human Resources (or a related field) A minimum of 5 years' experience in the human resources field (preferably with significant experience in a business partnering capacity) Demonstrated understanding of best-practice, contemporary people policies and processes (and the documentation thereof) Demonstrated experience in Employee and Industrial Relations (highly regarded) Strong planning and goal setting competency Demonstrated project management experience Highly developed communication skills (both written and verbal) Broadly proficient with technology (eg.
MS Office suite, etc.) Knowledge of Work Health and Safety and a commitment to keeping yourself and others safe and well The right to work in Australia What will we offer in return?
