These systems are at the core of our at-home video-EEG-ECG monitoring and diagnostic service - the first of its kind. Seer has already made a big impact across the east coast of Australia over the last 2 years, and is now building for international expansion. About the Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Operations team to manage the first stage of our recruitment process.

Using various channels to look for potential candidates, you will be responsible for contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines to meet our hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source candidates on social media and enjoy learning about different roles, we’d like to meet you Your Responsibilities Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements. Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques, including social media and professional networks.

Craft and send recruiting emails. Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Prepare reports and analytics on candidate pipeline, conversion rates, referral statistics and other key recruitment metrics Source referrals from current employees and external networks.

Foster long-term relationship with past applicants and potential candidates Promote our Company brand online and offline. Maintain candidate databases. About you Proven work experience as an IT recruiter.

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques is essential (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).

Solid verbal and written communication skills. Excellent phone manner with some experience conducting phone interviews ideal. Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
