Administration Agent (JR93)
About the Role This position is primarily a program delivery administration role however there are elements of customer service. The Assessment Agents are expected to deliver exceptional service across multiple streams of contact such as inbound phone enquiries, email, case management and back of house processes. You will conduct all necessary work relating to the assessment and ongoing maintenance of an application.
Once trained, you will have a thorough technical understanding of all aspects of the program including the lifecycle, guidelines and governance as well as policies and stakeholder sensitivities. Key Details: Multiple full time (38 hours per week) and casual roles commencing September You must be an Australian Citizen to apply You will be required to undergo a police check and baseline security clearance 1-2 weeks paid training Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:30pm (rotating roster) Skills and Capabilities: Have a high level of writing, analytical, research and comprehension skills Demonstrate well-developed research skills in the collection and collation of data for the development of grant submissions Ability to synthesise new information quickly, distil key issues and analyse against assessment frameworks Strong computer navigation skills, able to navigate across multiple operating platforms coupled with an efficient and accurate typing ability, and proficiency in database management, technology and applications Ability to apply critical thinking across complex situations to understand the depth and apply analytics into unforeseen situations Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion at all times About Our Company At Probe you will have the opportunity to really make a difference.
