Human Resource Advisor
Reporting to the State Manager, the key responsibilities for this role are: Payroll Management - includes uploading time and attendance data into our payroll system and verifying correctness on a weekly basis. Recruitment, Selection & Induction - of new staff Manage the HR Information System to ensure regulatory compliance standards are met with regards to On Boarding and Induction. Workers compensation - Administer claims and liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure speedy return to work programs are implemented.
Policies and procedures - maintain and develop documents to ensure compliance and documentation is up to date meeting company requirements. Performance management - optimise productivity levels and performance of workers Workforce planning - liaising with Management and Directors with regard to future expansion plans Intranet - manage documents and leave recording Uniform management - ensure staff uniforms are worn and available. Salary: $60,000.
