What will your typical day look like? Your key responsibility in this role is to ensure that optimal resourcing solutions are identified for our clients, the business and the individual, in a timely and commercially sound manner. You will proactively work with the business to manage demand, supply and capability: deploying staff on engagements, identifying the most suitable person in terms of their skills and career aspirations, as well as focusing on profitability, engagement metrics and client service delivery.
You will be involved in planning for future engagements through developing strong relationships both with practitioners and the business unit Principals and Partners to understand their respective needs. About the team Each member of our team is a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring that the right people are on the right jobs at the right time. The Resource Management team deploys practitioners onto client work, influences capability development for individuals across the business while also providing strategic recommendations and resourcing insights to the business.

Enough about us, letâ€™s talk about you. You are someone with: An ability to build strong relationships with strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills. Demonstrated experience in resource management or workforce planning, with experience in professional services being an advantage.
Experience preparing, interpreting and analysing data and reports. Strong MS Office skills in particular MS Excel. A high level of attention to detail, who is a highly organised self-starter.
