The role The position of Team Leader Survey - Gippsland provides surveying industry knowledge and effective project management skills to support the activities of our Gippsland Region Surveying team. We are seeking a talented Surveyor to oversee the delivery of projects.
Reporting to the Area Manager and supported by a dedicated team, core responsibilities include: Ensuring that surveying tasks undertaken meet appropriate technical standards and the requirements of the client and SMEC Providing leadership to team members, contributors and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness and co-ordination of day to day project deliverables Participate in strategic business development activities Managing client relationships Applying project management principles to deliver assigned projects to the required standard in a timely manner With a track record of achievement in a similar role, you will have gained your experience in a consulting environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.
