About Them This global group is a leader in its field. An opportunity exists to assist the busy remuneration team with the remuneration review and other reporting activities. About the Role Reporting to the Remuneration & Benefits Manager, you will provide information, support and advice to the business within legislative, regulatory and policy guidelines.
Your key responsibilities will include: managing and administering the Out of Cycle process; assisting with the delivering of the companyâ€™s annual performance, bonus and salary review; providing timely and accurate remuneration information and reporting for market bench-marking, financial accruals and payments within corporate governance. About You To be successful in this role, you will be highly numerate and analytical with advanced level skills in data analytics and modelling using Excel. This is a fast-paced, large business and your ability to work with pace and scale is important.
You will be experienced in the Pivot remuneration system from annual reviews. Previous knowledge and experience with ERP (e.g.
