Supervisors - Major Shutdown Outages (Sep – Dec) 4 months rolling work opportunity Great team environment Be part of an established brand with real career progression opportunities The Role Programmed Industrial Maintenance will be conducting major shutdowns in Kalgoorlie and Kwinana from September through to early December and currently seeking Supervisors to join our Shutdown team for the period. Planning and scheduling for the shutdowns has commenced with the execution phase taking place soon. Programmed will be requiring a multi-skilled crews, integrating with the client’s maintenance team.

Pre-shut work and rolling work to commence mid-September. Successful applicants will have previous mine site or refinery experience, with a strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to safety. Skills, Experience and Attributes the ideal candidate will possess the following; Australian Recognised Mechanical or Boilermaker Trade Certificate.

Previous supervisory experience within mining/shutdown industry Section 44 – Appointed Persons Current nationally accredited Working at Heights ticket. Current nationally accredited Confined Space ticket. A high level of mechanical aptitude with a thorough understanding of Workpacks Relevant fixed plant experience within a mining or heavy industrial environment Experience with compliance and the meeting of deadlines BHP Nickel West Induction (highly regarded) Demonstrate planning and organisational skills with the capability to work effectively in your previous role Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen.
